  3. DAY 2 - This session goes beyond the basics to focus on real-world supervision challenges. Participants will review ethical, legal, and regulatory responsibilities, then build evaluation skills through examples, discussion, and practice scenarios.

Michelle Sells, MSW, LICSW

Michelle Sells, MSW, LICSW, is a Clinical Supervisor at Pacific Mental health. A social work professional for over 25 years, she has extensive knowledge of child welfare, grief/loss, mental health, medical case management and suicidal ideation. Michelle holds a Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University and a certificate in Public Administration. She is also certified in Dialectal Behavior Therapy and has an active caseload.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations in various treatment settings. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship conflicts, trauma, and stress caused by life transitions. As a therapist, I strive to understand clients' unique needs and strengths. I value their perspectives and believe their self-awareness is essential to future change. The therapeutic alliance that I have with clients is foundational to our work together and in many ways guides the counseling process.
